bad weather arrangements

If the tropical cyclone warning signal No. 8, 9 or 10 and/or the BLACK rainstorm signal has been hoisted and remains in force after 7:00 AM or is expected to be issued after 7:00 AM on Sunday, then the worship service, Sunday school, and any other activities will be cancelled.

However,  if the signal is lowered at or before 7:00 AM on Sunday, then the worship service, Sunday school, and any other activities will be held as usual.

For activities that take place on other days of the week in church or at a member's residence, if any of the above signals have been hoisted and remain in force 3 hours before the start of the activity or is expected to be issued within 3 hours before the start of the activity, then the activity will be cancelled. Otherwise, the activity will go ahead as scheduled.

If the tropical cyclone warning signal No. 1 or 3 and/or the AMBER or RED rainstorm signal or the THUNDERSTORM or LANDSLIP warnings are hoisted and in force, the Sunday worship service, Sunday school and any other activities, including those that take place on other days of the week in church or at a member's residence, will be held as normal.

However, you are advised to use your own discretion on whether it is safe to travel, especially if you have babies or young children. Do note that the weather and risk in different parts of Hong Kong can vary greatly.

If the signal is looking likely to be raised or you feel it is unsafe to travel, then you are advised to stay at home.
