worship

Enter His gates with thanksgiving, and His courts with praise! Give thanks to Him; bless His name!

~Psalm 100:4

At TPIBC, we are committed to engaging in the worship of God, allowing individual and corporate gatherings of Christians to worship the Lord with sincerity and passion, and as the Lord commanded, in spirit and truth.

We welcome you to join us each Sunday as we seek to glorify our Lord through music, prayer, and preaching.

The worship service typically opens and closes with a traditional hymn or chorus taken from The Baptist Hymnal,

while the "Praise Through Singing" section incorporates music of a contemporary style.

The Lord's Supper is observed on the third Sunday of every month.

worship team

Members of the Worship Team sing and/or play an instrument. Individuals are scheduled to serve on a particular Sunday according to their personal availability.

Rehearsals take place at 9:00 AM on Sundays and at the Worship Team Training at 1:00 PM on the

fourth Sunday of every month.

The ability to read music is helpful, but not compulsory. Auditions are required.

Worship leaders must be members of TPIBC for a minimum of 1 year, with a demonstrated commitment in worship attendance of at least 80% of Sundays.

av team

People on the AV Team are scheduled to serve in pairs on a particular Sunday according to their personal availability. They are responsible for controlling the sound system and the PowerPoint slides that display the prayers, song lyrics, scriptures and announcements during the worship service.

This work is a vital aspect of the Worship Ministry.

Those involved are expected to arrive by 9:00 AM on Sunday to set up and check the equipment, communicate with the worship leader and ministers regarding specific needs, and remain alert during the worship service.

Training is available to anyone who is interested in

being a part of the team.

Please contact the ministry leader Yan Lai if you would like to serve in the Worship Ministry.
